Just finished Bill Gates' new book, ๐˜š๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ๐˜ณ๐˜ค๐˜ฆ ๐˜Š๐˜ฐ๐˜ฅ๐˜ฆ, and I found it pretty eye-openingโ€”not just in terms of Gatesโ€™ journey to buildingย hashtag#Microsoft, but also the sheer creation of an industry that didnโ€™t exist before.ย

What stood out most wasnโ€™t just his technical brilliance (deep math and code came fairly naturally to him), but the leadership characteristics that amplified itโ€”his intense focus, his ability to see patterns before others did, and his relentless drive that were clear from a very young age.ย

๐Ÿ’ก Itโ€™s a reminder that raw intelligence alone isnโ€™t enough; vision, execution, and the ability to challenge assumptions are what truly change the game. ๐Ÿ’กย

Would love to hear what resonated for others whoโ€™ve read it!
