๐—ฃ๐—ฆ: ๐˜„๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ป ๐—œ ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ๐—ด๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐—บ๐˜† ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ท๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜† ๐—ฏ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ธ ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—น๐˜† ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿญ, the FIRST thing I intuitively did (maybe it was something I learned over the years in global corporations) was access the strengths of my individual family members to help me network, ask all the questions, gather info and capture data.ย It was a HUGELY helpful exercise that gave me so much information, understanding and innovation that ๐˜„๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—น๐—ฑ ๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ฝ ๐—บ๐—ฒ ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜ ๐—ช๐—”๐—ฅ๐—ฅ๐—œ๐—ข๐—ฅ ๐—œ ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—น๐—ฑ ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ, ๐—ฎ๐˜€ ๐—œ ๐—ช๐—ข๐—ก ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐—ฏ๐—ฎ๐˜๐˜๐—น๐—ฒ! ๐—ง๐—ต๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ ๐˜„๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ธ๐˜€ ๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜†๐˜„๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ณ๐—ฒ!
