Sometimes it's just one word. Last year I had ADVENTURE - and it served me well. I chose life from a place of ADVENTURE - adventure in the way I learned new things, awakened my senses, chose new experiences instead of living in my comfort zone. How valuable and how much more life I experienced coming from that 'place of being'.
This year I carry over ADVENTURE because it was so powerful, AND I found myself choosing 3 overarching theme words to lead the way in 2024: ๐๐ฑ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ, ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฒ. For me these words will remind me to strike a balance. When I want to charge ahead and go fast, I also need to find space to slow down and notice the world around me.
Lastly, as I was building my personal plan, I gave each category a headline word to stand for. For example, for Physical Environment my word is Creativity, and for Career it is Growth...
